The world is only a mere 24 days away from experiencing Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. The alternative pop star’s Apple TV+ documentary drops globally at midnight eastern time on February 26.

Highlights from The New Trailer

“I have taken out my Invisalign and this is the album,” starts the new trailer before heartwarming laughter ensues. Eilish and her brother, the multitalented Finneas, are sitting on the floor of their childhood home preparing to record. What the pair were recording would become Eilish’s multi-Grammy award-winning debut album.

The second trailer for Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry starts with this silly, innocent, and domestic scene. Billie Eilish’s rise to fame was relatively organic and while she was just a young teen. Therefore, much of what she did involved her family – and the documentary makes sure to showcase that.

The “bad guy” singer has never shied away from being honest about her roots. Just a few seconds later, a clip from behind the scenes at the Grammy Awards comes on. While cradling her awards in front of tens of photographers, Eilish speaks about how she got to that very position.

“This album was made in a bedroom, in our house that we grew up in, so it’s really like anything is possible.”

Billie Eilish often references all that she does as we, her and her brother. He was up on stage accepting the awards with her in that clip. In the film, he is on screen working with her on every aspect of every song, no matter what.

Eilish’s honesty is refreshing, but it’s even more refreshing to see these two siblings work hard to create something magical. That doesn’t mean they don’t bump heads, though. About halfway through the new trailer, the two singers disagree on a newly recorded lyric.

“It sounds pretty horrible,” Billie says. “I think it sounds kind of awesome,” replies Finneas. “It’s pretty bad,” the girl deadpans.

Just because the two megastars have created amazing songs in the past, doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Lucky for Eilish and Finneas, their family unit, music, and fans are always there to back them up.

Fans, Family, Fame, and the Relationship Between All Three in Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry

As seen in the first trailer for Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry, the fans are everything. No matter how important family is to Eilish, it’s the fans who listen to her songs and cherish them. In both trailers for the documentary, there is a poignant clip of the talented star speaking to her fans.

The scene shows Billie Eilish on stage in front of a diverse and loving audience. This clip is broken up by scenes of Eilish tightly hugging her fans. She says, “Hey, you guys have to be ok, because y’all are the reason I’m okay, ok?” These fans are there for her just as much as she and her music is there for them.

Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry is an inside look into the life Billie Eilish herself led – and continues to lead. She is a popstar with the world at her fingertips, but a teenager at the end of the day. Her family works with her and her fans are her friends.

She’s a Grammy Award winner and a chart-topping musician, but a daughter, an artist, and a growing adult, too. Apple TV+ and director R.J. Cutler, alongside Eilish herself, wants to put that on display.

The pop star life isn’t easy, but there’s a balance between every aspect of what Billie Eilish does. Yes, she’s walking red carpets, but she’s going home and sleeping in her parents bed because she’s doesn’t like monsters. Sure, she’s on stage in front of thousands of people, but that doesn’t mean she’s not one of them.

On February 26, Billie Eilish will be shown to the world in the most realistic and humble way possible. Fans new and old should tune in to catch a glimpse of the young star’s rise to fame. (Also, to just to learn about the low-budget, and homegrown creation of When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? It really is crazy that such an iconic album was made on the floor of her childhood bedroom.)
