LGTBQ Queens FLETCHER and Hayley Kiyoko joined forces for a new electrifying collaboration. “Cherry” is the newest song of the pair, making this the first time the two work together. Needless to say, we are not complaining.

“Cherry” is a Fun, Loveable LGTBQ Song

“Cherry” features the star’s sweet vocals alongside a soothing melody. Both of them are known for always including LGTBQ lyrics in their songs, and this time was not the exception. In the adorable song, the pair literally introduce each other and confess their attraction to each other.

“Cherry. Hello, nice to meet you, my name’s Cari. We should rendez-vous sometime mon chéri. I want you on top of me like cherry,” FLETCHER sings in the first chorus. Then, in the second chorus, Hayley introduces herself and FLETCHER replies for a proper introduction. “Hello, nice to meet you, my name’s Hayley (Hi Hayley).”

The song was only out for a couple of days and fans were already obsessing over it. I can say I am definitely one of them! The song is catchy, captivating, interesting, and fun. We couldn’t expect any less from these queens uniting.

It’s the First Time FLETCHER & Hayley Collab!

“Cherry is the prequel to my most recent single ‘girls girls girls,’” FLETCHER says. “It’s the curiosity you have about someone before you’re intimate with them and kind of wondering what it would be like. When I was creating it I couldn’t get the idea out of my head of having Hayley Kiyoko on it. We then went into the studio together and made it a million times better. It’s a moment for the girls, gays and theys.”

Hayley adds, “I had such a blast working on Cherry with FLETCHER. We’ve been trying to collaborate for years and this song couldn’t be more perfect for us! I hope the fans love it and can blast it while feeling flirty, playful, and free.”

Hopefully, they collaborate again in the future! What did you think of this song? Tell us in the comments!
