Supermodel Music Video

With the rise of Måneskin’s newest single “Supermodel,” they have graced us with the music video.

Released on May 13, 2022, Måneskin, the Italian rock band released a fun-loving upbeat pop-rock jam. “Supermodel” takes inspiration from the Los Angeles modeling scene which was the inpetus for the song. Consequently, that city’s culture inspired the funk-rock song, both in sound and in the themes.

Fans are beyond happy with the results of the video. For instance, they are saying that “Rock N’ Roll will never die” and that Måneskin should “sing more often in Italian.” Måneskin brings back the once classic rock sound and yet makes it thoroughly modern. Thus, bringing rock and roll back to the top of the international charts, perfectly mixing it with contemporary tastes.

The band explained:

“We wrote ‘Supermodel’ after spending the best few months in LA,” Måneskin said in a statement about their new single. “At times we were surprised yet intrigued to find how people cared so much about the idea of ‘celebrity’ and status, obsessing over their looks and connections.”

The video starts with a chaotic burning car with a woman in a silver glittery dress dragging her body through a street of Los Angles. The band’s name appears in red and the exciting song kicks off.

MÅNESKIN will kick off their extensive “Loud Kids Tour” on October 31 with a sold-out gig in Seattle. From there, they will travel around cities including New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Washington, and a newly added date in Los Angeles. From there, they will embark on their sold-out European leg in 2023.

We cant wait to see what they do next!
