Tate McRae Unveils Heartbreaking “feel like shit”

SHARE

Singer-songwriter Tate McRae released her latest single, the heartbreaking pop ballad “feel like shit.”

“feel like shit” Kicks off a New Era for the Singer

The new song arrives on the heels of her collaboration with Jeremy Zucker on “that way,” along with the summer track “working” featuring Khalid. With every new song that Tate puts out, she shows her love for music.

Tate recently deleted all of her past Instagram posts due to the release of “feel like shit,” which marks the start of a new era in her career. The song is the first single off her highly-anticipated debut album, which is set to release sometime next year.

The music video for the song is a piece of art from start to finish. It tells the painful love story that Tate is going through in the song; which explains that she recently got out of a meaningful relationship. The singer showcases her dancing skills, along with her dancing partner. Together, they dance to a beautiful choreography reflecting on the song’s feelings.

“I am so insanely excited that this song and video are finally out,” Tate said in a statement to Variety. “This is the first time that I am fully dancing in one of my own music videos, therefore I feel like I was really able to tell the story of the aftermath of a breakup through what I know best; movement.”

Tate Will be Busy Touring in the Next Couple of Months

Tate will be joining the Jingle Ball tour this year and will be performing in 11 cities until where the tour stops. The first stop will kick off in Forth Worth, TX on November 30, and will finish in Los Angeles, CA on December 19. Next year, she will go on her own headlining tour across the U.S. starting in March. She will stop by 23 cities, just before heading on the Wonder tour with Shawn Mendes beginning in August. For all tour dates and tickets, check out Tate’s official website.
